AwakeVerse Collaboration Brief - Podcasts

Objective

👉 Showcase AwakeVerse as a creative design partner for developing solo & host/guest podcast. Solo podcasts refer to one avatar speaking on a topic. 1 Guest refers to a host and a guest speaking on a topic. 2 guests refers to a panel of 3; a host and two guests having a discussion. We are the first platform offering a guest service and would love to highlight that.

Users can create podcast of up to 15 minutes in length, depending on subscription tiers.

We leave this to your discretion but a 60 - 120 seconds video will be preferable.

AwakeVerse allows users bring their podcasts and studio panels to life. Through solo podcasts and hosting faceless guests. Users can generate images for both guests and hosts. Use created characters as host etc. Use cases include; roundtable discussions, interview-style podcasts.

Focus for this campaign - Creators get a one-stop shop for building their podcast ideas in creative ways.

1. Highlight the options of moving from a solo podcast to a host/guest discussion panel.

2. Discuss the creative add-on features (Cut Outs, Glass Cards, In hand product holding) to customise podcasts at need.

3. Discuss the AI assistant writer for fine-tuning podcast ideas.

Getting started

There are three pathways to creating podcasts: Through chat with AI Characters, Clicking/choosing solo podcast option,& selecting open conversations.

Through AI Characters:

1. Creating podcasts with AI characters pre-selects Guest mode with one guest. Three turnover messages (that is sending 3 messages and receiving 3 replies or more with an AI character brings out the prompt for creating a script or podcast.

2. Selecting script, turns the conversation with an AI character into the Lines for the podcast. Users can choose to edit the Lines by clicking on the text of each line and making changes.

3. The next step is Avatar generation or uploading images of the podcast host. The generate button allows users create faceless hosts.

4. Choosing the avatar and selecting a background puts the avatar in the chosen background. Users can also choose to generate a custom background using the generate button for both solo, one guest, and two guests seating arrangements.

5. Selecting a voice is the last stage. Users are allowed to record their voices after certifying that they own the voices used. Users can also choose voices from the catalogue for the host and guests.

6. Clicking generate podcast completes the generation process.

Through podcast studio - Solo podcasts

1. Accessing podcast studio through the home dropdown menu shows you the option of a Solo Podcast or an Open Conversation with guests.

2. Choosing a solo podcast takes you directly to scripting. You can choose to between using the AI assistant or Edit Lines to generate the script your avatar reads. The AI assistant help come up with ideas and clicking convert to lines turn them into lines immediately.

3. You can write in your Lines or Edit Lines from the AI assistant to refine the script. Clicking on the '+' sign at the top right corner of every Line, allows you to add integrated features to the podcast per line.

4. For integrated features Glass card, refer to putting information inside a card. It is best for graphs and other information. Cut Out allows you put your own free form images such as logos inside the video, & in hand, allows you put a product into the hands of your avatar. The avatar would hold and present the product through the podcast.

5. With your script in place, choose a voice, select an avatar and the right background and proceed to generate your podcast.

Through podcast studio - Guest panels

1. Selecting the Open Conversation option takes you to the Avatar Selection section. If your panel has only one guest, choose a background for 1 - 2 guests, if you need 2 guests, select the panel option.

2. Selecting the background opens up the guest list under your avatar panel. You can add your guest by uploading an image of the guest. This option allows you to be creative with your choice of guests.

3. Next, create script by either using the AI assistant or editing lines for both you and the guest. Every line starts with 'host' . Clicking on the tag or name 'host' changes the speaker/line to the names of your guests. Note; the Ai assistant generates scripts for both the hosts and guests only after the guests avatars have been accepted. You will see a list of accepted guests under your avatar panel.

4. Assign voices to both host and guest(s). Finally, click generate to complete the creation process.
